I believe that music has a unique power to reach the places words alone cannot. That is why Trauma Strummer is a proud partner and advocate for Freedom Sings USA, a premier non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping our nation’s heroes.
Freedom Sings USA provides a vital service to Veterans, Active Duty Military, and First Responders. By pairing these individuals with professional songwriters, they help them process trauma, find emotional balance, and tell their stories through the healing power of song. For many of our heroes, this creative outlet is a life-changing alternative to traditional therapy—helping to transform "the stories they can't tell" into music the world needs to hear.
